Job Description

Shipping coordinator duties include but are not limited to:

· Coordinate deliveries with ABE trucking employees & subcontracted trucking outfits

· Maintain company trailer list with current location and status

· Create and organize bill of ladings for deliveries

· Coordinate with subcontractors regarding scheduled pickups

· Maintain monthly mileage logs

Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:

· Answering phone

· Maintaining office supplies

· Coordination with I.T. when issues arise

· Scanning company documents and organizing to proper locations on server

· Overall organizing of office

· Maintaining miscellaneous Excel spreadsheets as needed by upper management

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong communication skills

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

· Positive attitude

Other requirements

· Must be able to walk up two flights of stairs to office

Benefits

Important Information:

· This is an hourly, non-union position. Must be able to work 40 hours/week in the Candia, NH location;

· Regular hours run M-F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM;

· Hourly rate starting at $20.00; based on experience; Overtime pays time and a half;

· Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FLEX spending, optional Aflac insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, vacation and personal/sick time;

· Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Benefits package available after 90 day probation period.
